Holliday House will be changing the locks on the three entrance doors during the week of May 25-May 28. We will be changing one door at a time to ensure no tenant ends up without access to the building. We are expecting delivery of keys next week, and are planning to start issuing keys on Friday, May 22. (Updates, if necessary, will be posted on the website.)
Please pick up your new keys at Crystal Property Management offices between May 22 and May 29.
At this time, only two keys will be available for each unit. Additional keys (with a deposit of up to $75 per key) will be available soon.
We apologize for the inconvenience, however the system that we currently use is no longer supported by the manufacturer, and we are unable to get parts or spare keys.
If you recently received a new gold colored key with a square head, please note that these keys will NOT be usable once the new system is installed (they are a locksmith error). Please be sure to pick up new keys next week. We apologize for the inconvenience.
