Holliday House is preparing for a busy construction schedule in the coming months. When all is said and done, the Association will have invested nearly $275,000.00 in repairs and improvements to the building.
The projects currently being planned, budgeted, and scheduled include:
- Elevator replacement
- Renovation of laundry room
- Construction of new elevator machine room
- Renovation of bike/rec room into an apartment
- Replacement of the fire detection and alarm system
- Redesign and re-striping of the parking lot
We expect construction of the new laundry room to begin approximately in the first week of June.
Crews will work to minimize any impact to residents; however please be advised that the scope of the project includes demolition and construction in various areas.
