Dear Resident:
With the arrival of Spring, please be advised Holliday House has scheduled the following:
Window Cleaning: Elements Window Cleaning will be onsite on Monday, May 4th to clean the common area glass. If you would like your windows and sliding doors cleaned while they are onsite (at your expense), please call Tyler at (970) 260-5525.
Carpet Cleaning: Tom’s Carpet Care will be onsite Tuesday, May 5th to steam clean the common area carpets. If you would like to request a carpet cleaning in your unit while they are onsite (at your expense), please call Tom at (970) 379-4142.
Tree Trimming: Crews with Aspen Tree Service will be onsite to inspect all trees on the property at various times this week. They will return with heavier trimming equipment later (tentatively scheduled for mid-May). We will provide further information regarding parking, etc. once we have firmer dates set.
Landscape Clean-Up: Crews will be onsite over the coming weeks to start the sprinkler system and make any necessary repairs. In addition, crews will be onsite fertilize, treat for weeds, and perform other general cleaning duties.
Painting & Carpet Repairs: As crew time becomes available, you may see various personnel making minor repairs and touch-ups over the coming weeks.
Finally, Holliday House Boilers (building heat) are tentatively scheduled to be shut down for the summer in Mid-May, depending on weather. We’ll update you when that occurs.
