We hope this message finds you and your families healthy and well.
Technicians with Vision Security will be onsite on Wednesday, August 19 to conduct the annual test and inspection of the fire detection and alarm system. These annual inspections are required by the local fire marshal, fire codes, and national standards.
We will need access to your unit for this testing.
As we’ve done in the past, all units will receive a form and envelope to be filled out and returned to Crystal Property Management so we may access the smoke detector in your unit. We will distribute these packets next week. Please ensure the form is returned and a key (if necessary) is supplied. If we’re unable to test the device in your unit on August 19, we will be required to reschedule an inspection at the unit owner’s expense.
Every device in the facility will be tested to be certain the system is working properly. During this inspection, alarms will be sounding from time to time; and these alarms will be loud. In addition, the fire doors at the stairways may automatically close and the elevator may be delayed for a few minutes. Please plan accordingly. If the fire doors are closed, you may open them to gain access to your unit.
