Security Camera Installation

Due to recent vandalism and illicit dumping, Holliday House Property Owners voted to install security cameras at the entrances and covering the parking lot. Gutter Installation

Crews will be installing new gutters at all entries and on the south side of the building. Please use caution around the project areas.

Construction on South Side of Bldg.

HHPOA has contracted Daybreak Construction to make some repairs on the south side of the building. We are scheduled for October 7-10, and October 13-17. Painting

Steve’s Painting will be in this afternoon to paint the areas that were recently affected by the repairs we made to the Blake Avenue decks. Please avoid the freshly painted areas for approximately 24 hours. We appreciate your cooperation.

Deck Work

HHPOA has contracted repair work to be done on some decks facing Blake Avenue. The work is scheduled to be completed over a few days between September 2 and September 9. Please use caution around the affected areas. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Parking Lot Seal/Stripe

HHPOA has awarded a contract to seal-coat and stripe the parking lot. The work is expected to take approximately two days (depending on weather), beginning on Monday, July 28. Please move all vehicles from the parking lot at your earliest convenience, but no later than 8:00am on Monday July 28. Thanks for your assistance.

Painting

All entry doors are scheduled to be painted April 14-18. Please use caution around the project areas, and note that there may be wet paint on the doors.

Exterior Doors

The Association has awarded a contract to replace all three exterior entry doors. The project is currently planned for the first week of April, depending on weather. As always, please use caution around the project areas and utilize other entrances when possible. We appreciate your assistance and patience.
