Vehicle Registration

Residents who own a vehicle and wish to park it onsite are required to register their vehicle with the Association. Each unit is allocated one space, but you may request parking for up to two vehicles on a first-come-first-served and space-available basis.

Permits must be displayed while the vehicle is on premises. Replacement permits may be charged a fee of up to $50. Refunds will not be issued for lost or damaged permits. Extra or unregistered vehicles may be booted or towed at the owner’s or operator’s expense. Holliday House Property Owner’s Association (HHPOA) disclaims all responsibility from losses or damages to vehicles, including losses or damages resulting from booting or towing. A parking permit does not guarantee the holder a space. All vehicles must be parked in areas designated by lot striping and in accordance with parking signs. Parking permits are nontransferable. Review the Condominium Declaration of Restrictions and the HHPOA Rules & Regulations for further information.

Abuse of HHPOA systems, providing false information, selling, transferring, altering, reproducing, or using a permit not intended for the specific use may be subject to a fine, loss of parking privileges, booting, towing, or other remedy. HHPOA reserves the right to add, remove, or modify this policy at any time with or without notice.
