Bear Activity

Due to recent bear activity in the area, Holliday House Property Owners Association (HHPOA) is requiring all residents to keep the dumpster secure by raising the lid bar and securing it with the provided clip.

Keep in mind:

  • All trash must fit inside the dumpster, and the lids must remain closed and secured.
  • Do not leave any items or trash outside the dumpster.
  • Hazardous and oversize items such as tires, paint, televisions, solvents, etc. must be recycled at your expense.

The Recycle Center in Glenwood Springs is located in the center of town at 1015 School Street.  The Center can be reached by traveling westward (toward the Roaring Fork River) on 11th Street from Grand Avenue (turn at the 7-11). The Recycle Center is open Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays (except holidays).  The hours are: Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

HHPOA will immediately fine the unit owner for any violations. Violations may also result in a fine of up to $500 from the City of Glenwood Springs. The dumpster is emptied every Monday and Thursday. If the dumpster is full, please wait until it has been emptied. If you have any questions or need assistance, please call Crystal Property Management at (970) 945-7266, or visit us online.
