The bicycle room will be used as a staging area for our construction crews.
All bicycles must be removed by Friday, May 20th.
Any bicycles left beyond that date will be donated to a local thrift store. The Association will place the bicycle rack in the parking lot once the bicycles are removed from it. This is permanent; the bike room will no longer be available for storage.
While Holliday House rules state, “balconies and patios may only be furnished with outdoor furniture, flowerpots, and electric or propane grills,” the Board will allow bicycle storage on your balcony, so long as nothing is visible from the ground.
