Painting

Steve’s Painting will be in this afternoon to paint the areas that were recently affected by the repairs we made to the Blake Avenue decks. Please avoid the freshly painted areas for approximately 24 hours. We appreciate your cooperation.

Boiler Start Up

The Boiler (building heat) will be turned on this afternoon. Please report any issues with the heat (such as leaks from your baseboard radiator or a faulty thermostat or zone valve) in your apartment to Crystal Property Management at (970) 945-7266, or online.

Deck Work

HHPOA has contracted repair work to be done on some decks facing Blake Avenue. The work is scheduled to be completed over a few days between September 2 and September 9. Please use caution around the affected areas. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Yard Work

HHPOA will be performing scheduled yard work Wednesday August 13 through Monday August 18. The work will include tree trimming and tree removal, and other various projects. As always, please use caution around the project areas.

Parking Lot Seal/Stripe

HHPOA has awarded a contract to seal-coat and stripe the parking lot. The work is expected to take approximately two days (depending on weather), beginning on Monday, July 28. Please move all vehicles from the parking lot at your earliest convenience, but no later than 8:00am on Monday July 28. Thanks for your assistance.

Painting in Entryways

Maintenance Plus will be finishing the door and railing project, which includes painting trim and handrails. The work is scheduled to take place Friday the 13th through Wednesday the 18th. As always, please exercise caution around the project areas. If you have any questions, let us know.

Boiler Summer Shutdown

The Holliday House boiler will be shut down for the summer on May 30th. (This will not affect the building’s domestic hot water systems.)

Water Shutoff
